Battle Creek Salmon and Steelhead Restoration Project, Phase 2: The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a sole-source Cooperative Agreement, to the California Department of Water Resources, under the authority of CFDA 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406 (b)(1) and 3407 (e) on the following program: Battle Creek Salmon and Steelhead Restoration Project, Phase 2. The purpose of this project is to restore populations of Chinook salmon and steelhead and their habitat in the Battle Creek watershed. Period of Performance is from the date of award to September 30, 2016. Estimate amount: $1,147,900.00. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2 is solely within the discretion of the government. This notice of intent (NOI) is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The System of Award Management (SAM) applies to this Notice of Intent.
