Fish Screen Project 100-Percent Design Level: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a Single Source for a Cooperative Agreement to Reclamation District 2035, 45332 County Road 25, Woodland, CA 95776 under the authority of CFDA 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Title XXXIV, for the following program: Fish Screen Program. The objective of this scope of services is to provide engineering design services and Permit acquisition support to Reclamation District 2035 (RD 2035), for the proposed fish screen intake project. The engineering design services provided will develop the Project to 100-percent design level of completion. The permit acquisition support will confirm project compliance, with required permits, and facilitate project progress through the next phase of design and construction. The services that will be provided include preparing site-specific preliminary design work for the Project facilities and documenting the preliminary design efforts in a Design Development Report. The services will also include coordinating with the appropriate permitting agencies to confirm that the proposed Project will comply with key permit requirements. Period of performance is continuous from the date of award to June 30, 2013. Estimated award date: on or about September 30, 2011. Estimated total award amount: $1,165,000.00 A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this announcement.
