Interagency Ecological Study Program - Core Monitoring: The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a sole source cooperative agreement to the California Department of Fish and Game for the following program: Interagency Ecological Study Program - Core Monitoring. BOR proposes to provide financial assistance for developing essential environmental information relevant to the continued and future operation of the Central Valley Project and other Reclamation projects and operations. The period of performance is from the date of award to December 31, 2014. Estimate award date: on or before January 31, 2010. Estimated award amount: $9,209,000.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
