Landowner Coordination: The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a sole source for Cooperative Agreement to San Joaquin River Exchange Contractors Water under the authority of Public Law 111-11 Section 10004(b)(2) the San Joaquin River Restoration Settlement Act signed into law as Title X, Subtitle A, of the Omnibus Public Lands for the following program: Landowner Coordination. BOR proposes to provide financial assistance for implement landowner coordination activities. Period of Performance is from the date of award to December 31, 2011. Estimate award date: on or about September 15, 2009. Estimate award amount: $300,000.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM2 paragrah 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
