Recreation Planning and Management Activities at Lahontan and Rye Patch Reservoirs: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a grant agreement to State Parks, Nevada Division of, under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.524, Federal Water Projects Recreation Act of 1965, Pub. L. 88-72 as amended; Reclamation Management Act of 1992, Pub. L. 102-575, Title XXVIII, Section 2804. Estimated total amount of agreement is $900,000.00. The objectives of the project are to continue to provide Nevada State Parks with federal funding as authorized and appropriated for their continued management of recreation facilities and lands located at Lahontan and Rye Patch reservoirs.

A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(2) and (B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
