Collaborative Diesel Emissions Reductions: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Regions 9 and 10 are currently soliciting proposals to fund projects that will demonstrate new, innovative or experimental applications, technologies, methods or approaches to reducing diesel emissions as part of the West Coast Collaborative. Funds will be awarded pursuant to Section 103 of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C §7403. Funding will be in the form of cooperative agreements or grants for projects that reduce diesel emissions and protect human health and the environment.
