MidAtlantic Diesel Collaborative: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is accepting proposals to fund projects within the District of Columbia and the states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia that will demonstrate efforts to encourage partnership projects on a regional basis and demonstrate effective emission control technologies and strategies, methods or approaches to reducing diesel emissions in support of the Mid-Atlantic Diesel Collaborative. The Mid-Atlantic Diesel Collaborative is a collaboration of Federal, state and local agencies, along with communities, non-profit organizations and private companies working together to reduceemissions from diesel engines in the District of Columbia and the states of Delaware, Maryland,Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia.
